Lesley-Anne Kleyn is a management consultant with more than three decades of experience working with some of South Africa's top firms on strategy and alignment. She is a member of the executive committee of The Marathon Group, and also lectures part-time in entrepreneurship and business studies. She has consulted in every sector of the South African economy, advising clients in almost every industry across South Africa and into the continent. She also happens to be an independent risk, safety and security consultant, well known for challenging the industry status quo. Her company, Kleyn Change Management, has consulted with several of South Africa's prestigious residential estates, where she conducts physical security audits, facilitates risk determination analyses, and assists her clients with security strategy. She served as a member of the board of the South Africa chapter of ASIS International, which is the international standards organisation for security professionals responsible for ISO standards. She is a well-known thought leader in the South African security space.

With 28 years in the industry, Jenny is an outspoken advocate of change, integrity, and innovation to address areas of human risk.

Tiaan Janse van Rensburg is the CEO of Solution House Holdings and, most recently, FaceCamAlert, a national centralised facial recognition security company using real-time facial recognition CCTV to secure private property and businesses. Tiaan has been involved in the security technology industry for 20 years and, with his partners, founded five companies ranging from converged technology, software, and facial recognition CCTV.

Johan is the Sales and Marketing Director at FANG Fences & Guards, an electronic security system integrator company specialising in turnkey electronic security solutions.
